Time Management

The aim of this course, for senior managers, is to enable managers in schools to make more effective use of their own time and the time available to the school.

The objectives of the course are to:

• help managers to analyse their own use of time
• help managers to focus on core goals and priorities
• identify "time wasters"
• explore practical strategies for effective personal management of time

look at alternative approaches to the development of time in school

The course will consist of input, simulation and practical strategies for time management. Participants must be prepared to question and challenge their current ways of working.
