No need to know anything about music in advance or to sing in tune or otherwise. Just a willingness to work as a member of a supportive group. Teaching Music in the Middle School

Middle

A number of people teaching music in middle schools have good personal skill and knowledge in music but with little initial training in how to teach it. Others are experienced teachers but feel their musical capability is challenged, especially in key stage 3.

This course sets out to help anyone who is keen to see if there are ways of improving both what they do in the music classroom and their confidence. It will centre on pupils’ acquisition of practical skills.
